It was in 1937 that the history of the Raugi Glacier began with Aladino who, along with his brothers and his sister, trained in ice cream making to complete the offer of their father who then made and sold castagnacci (flour donuts chestnut) and chickpea tarts from the Old Port district.And since then, the love of quality and craftsmanship have remained constant.
